Refund and Returns Policy

30 day Return Policy

Easy Mobile Tech offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Returns Process

1.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via returns@easymobiletech.com

1.2. Goods must be returned by you in their original “as sold” condition and packaging, with all device accessories and box unless sold without.

1.3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the goods are faulty or damaged.

1.4. Don’t forget to remove all personal data and do a factory reset of the device before returning and remove all SIM cards.

1.5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Once we receive the returned goods, the device will be thoroughly checked and tested to make sure the device is in the same condition it was sold. High definition pictures and videos are taken of all devices prior to selling. Security seals or invisible markers must still be in tact to confirm the device hasn’t been tampered, opened or had any parts replaced and lastly that there are no new cosmetic flaws (see section 2.2) or damage noted during the inspection process.

2.2. Easy Mobile Tech will not approve a return if the buyer has changed their mind or there have been non Apple repairs carried out, 3rd party components installed, liquid damage detected, issues caused by 3rd party software, unlocking or jailbraking the device, decrease in battery capacity from when originally sold, accidental damage such as, but not limited to marks, chips, dents, scratches including scratches to touch screen, cracks or any type of physical damage, paint work damage or other cosmetic blemishes or flaws.

2.3. When a return is accepted we will aim to refund you within 14 days of your return being received and via the original payment method used.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

3.1. If you purchase a device from us through eBay and the device you receive is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with eBay Buyer Protection Policies.

3.2. If you purchased a device from us in person or online via our website and you discover a fault within 30 days, please contact us immediately providing an accurate description of the fault together with photo evidence.

3.3. We reserve the right to only offer a partial refund within the 30 day period if we find any exclusions highlighted in Section 2.2.

3.4. If a fault is found after 30 days, we may at our discretion offer a replacement if available or a repair.

4. Fraud Prevention

We aim to make sure  all our customers are treated fairly, the return process is hassle free and monies are refunded back to you quickly, and in the safest way possible.

4.1. Fraudulent returns or misinformation are reported to Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk) and any monies owed will be pursued with the individual directly through our registered solicitor, filing such cases with the UK small claims court with potential criminal action being taken from the local authorities and CCJ’s registered, impacting the individuals ability to obtain credit such as overdrafts, personal loans, car loans, mortgages etc

All our devices have invisible security markers and other security measures in place with serial and IMEI numbers recorded.

5. Exchanges

5.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
